Whilst walk-in enquiries are welcomed, bookings are essential due to the personalised nature of Melt.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card is required at point of booking to secure your appointment. Your treatment time is secured specially for you.
Whilst we appreciate that the unexpected happens, we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Cancellation fee of 50% of treatment price applies where 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided. Cancellation fee of 100% applies for failure to show for an appointment.
